From Nîmes to Paris all the way to Dallas, where he won the famous title of World Burger Champion, Joannes Richard is considered a true master of the burger! A real enthusiast of street food, he made history in 2023 by becoming the first non-American (and French!) chef to be crowned in Dallas. During the competition, he created his Grillin’ Burger which propelled him into the spotlight and earned him international recognition by his American counterparts.

Le Grillin'Burger: a mix of spicy and sunny flavors
For this exclusive creation, the chef takes the codes of the traditional American burger and gives it a twist with spicy and tangy flavors: a corn bun, fresh minced beef, melting cheddar, smoked bacon, marinated confit tomatoes, tangy pickles, arugula, Jack Daniel's caramelized onions, and a barbecue spice-based sauce with smoky notes.
