On Saturday, May 25th, the Lyon SPA is organizing a special day dedicated to adoption at its shelter in Brignais. From 10am to 5:30pm, come and discover the shelter, its missions, and why not, leave with a new member for your family!

Organized by the Lyon and Southeast SPA on Saturday, May 25th, this open day aims to raise awareness about the importance of responsible adoption and support the incredible work done by the shelter every day. Each year, nearly 8,000 animals find shelter at the Lyon SPA, and the Brignais shelter plays a crucial role by serving as a pound for over 300 municipalities.

Activities for Everyone

To make this day even more special, a variety of activities await you: a flea market to browse for treasures while helping the shelter animals (all proceeds will be used to care for the animals), a demonstration by the Saint-Fons K-9 unit, and a musical performance by a local troupe from Brignais.

Adopt a new companion

This will also be the opportunity to meet dogs, cats, and other animals looking for a loving family. SPA advisors will be there to guide you and help you find the animal that best suits your lifestyle and environment. Adopting at this event is giving a second chance to an animal in need while enriching your life in invaluable ways.
