"Summer in Cinemascope": Lyon's 8th arrondissement becomes an open-air cinema

In addition to the undeniable movie lovers who will delight in these free open-air screenings, we can admit it: single or as a couple, we have really found you the perfect "date idea". Now that the little intro parenthesis is out of the way, let's get down to business: from Tuesday, June 25 to Tuesday, August 27, 2024, the L'Été en Cinémascope festival by the Lumière Institute is back on Ambroise Courtois square with a whole range of films projected for free under the stars.

Sessions every Tuesday until the end of August

Whether you're an absolute fan of comedies, action, dramas, or cult films, this new edition has planned a diverse program to please the entire audience! Every Tuesday as night falls, get cozy and settle in.nt and let yourself be transported to parallel universes for a few sessions... All nestled under the stars, while being caressed by a gentle summer breeze ! (Or by whoever you want... I may be pushing it with this joke a bit too much.)
