Totally woof night-time events!
On January 25th and February 8th from 6pm, La Sucrière in Lyon will transform its night-time events into true artistic evenings dedicated to dogs and their owners. Entitled "Woof", these events are part of the exceptional retrospective on Elliott Erwitt, the photographer who had a knack for capturing canine life in all its splendor.

An Homage to Man's Best Friend
Recently departed at the age of 95, Elliott Erwitt was known for his love of dogs. He dedicated a part of his work to capturing the essence of our four-legged friends, immortalizing their humor and humanity. The photographer's technique? Getting down to the dogs' level and barking. An astonishing method that often elicited hilarious reactions and led to some of his most memorable works.
Dogs, the VIPs of the Exhibition
During these special evenings, dogs will be invited to freely wander among the 215 photographs exhibited at La Sucrière. Of course, a certain decorum will be required: held on a leash or perched in a basket, our furry friends will have free rein to discover Elliott Erwitt's work.in their own way. An experience that promises to be just as captivating for the masters.
However, please note that only category 3 dogs, as per current legislation, will be allowed. Canine friends classified as attack, guard, or defense dogs will not be able to partake in the experience. So it's time to get your poodle, bichon, or dachshund ready for an extraordinary artistic evening.
