Goodbye "New School of Wizards", hello "Castle of Wizards". At Maen Roch, in the lush heart of Ille-et-Vilaine, Rocher-Portail kicks off its third season with a touch of magical metamorphosis. Yes, this 16th-century gem, already famous for its Breton Hogwarts vibes, is changing its name but not its ambition: to make both young and old dream with adventures worthy of the best fantasy sagas. For the spring holidays in 2025, Manuel and Madly Roussel, the masters of the place, have really stepped it up. New name, new challenges, new timings, and a little marketing twist that smells like a growth potion.

Welcome to the Wizard's Castle!

The « Wizard's Castle» really stands out; it’s more readable and perfectly highlights what makes this site magical: immersive games nestled in a real historical castle. From the morning, visitors were able to dash into the reimagined Forbidden Forest, test their skills at archery, or duel with magic wands in the mysterious Room of Curiosities. The universe is expanding, but without betraying the essence of the project: creating a bubble of enchantment where you can forget the Muggle world for a few hours.

And to extend the experience, head to Dinard, where the wizard-entrepreneurs have opened a store dedicated to magic. From enchanted candies, collector's items, to tickets for the castle, you'll dive right in. The cherry on top? A new immersive game called "The Pact of Shadows" will be launching this summer. The goal: to enchant adults and companies in search of adventure too. Last year, 40,000 visitors passed through the castle gates. Let’s just say that Breton magic still has plenty of sparks to offer.
