Hey there! Are you excited for an amazing dance show at one of the coolest and most unique places in the area? For the third year in a row, the Abode of Chaos is throwing a major hip hop dance battle inside its walls. It's the best way to mix apocalyptic art with urban dances.

If we think of the Abode of Chaos as a post-apocalyptic open-air museum, then the address of Saint-Romain-au-Mont-d'Or also knows how to switch things up. On Sunday, June 16, the massive 9,000 m2 space with 6,300 works will be the venue for the 3rd edition of the Battle of Chaos, an urban dance show presented by Moncef Zebiri and the Cie Free Styles. Many dancers will come together to introduce us to the boundless world of hip-hop dance and its various styles. The performers will set the stage on fire at La Demeure du Chaos to the beats of DJ Greezly, who will provide the most powerful rhythms to enhance the performances.

Battles and Hip Hop Initiation for All

This fun-filled day will kick off at 3pm with a large hip hop dance initiation that is open to everyone, whether you're taking your first dancing steps or you're a seasoned pioneer of the hip hop movement. After the energetic session, starting at 4pm, visitors can unwind and enjoy watching two consecutive battles - the first one featuring all styles and the second one a one-on-one breakdance showdown with incredibly talented performers. Guided by a Master of Ceremony, the professional jury, well-known in the industry, will then face the challenging task of selecting the champions of the Chaos Battle.
