One of the best Neapolitan pizzerias in Europe has just opened in Croix-Rousse

In Lyon, there is no shortage of pizzerias, but our love for Italy pushes us to say that there will never be enough! Today, let's focus on a new Neapolitan address that has just opened in Lyon in the Croix-Rousse district and is dedicated to wood-fired Neapolitan pizza: Tripletta.
Since December 2023, this establishment, ranked among the best pizzas in Europe by the 50 Top Pizza, has opened its doors at Croix-Rousse in place of the wine bar Bonsoir Clara (which has sadly closed) at 7 rue du Chariot d'Or.
In the Tripletta of Lyon, we offer you a lunch and/or dinner with a view of the never-ending wood-fired oven! In a decidedly comfortable setting, we invite you to relax around a pizza with thick and fluffy dough to your liking.

Tripletta: the sweet life with a touch of soul
Opened in a very popular neighborhood of Paris in 2016, the first Tripletta address now has locations all over France and has recently arrived in the capital of the Gauls. Despite its expansion, Tripletta strives to maintain its accessible and friendly side by infusing its good-naturedness and love of the product, in its establishments, as well as in its recipes.

No surprises on the menu of this new Neapolitan pizzeria, much to the dismay of the adventurous. The Tripletta famiglia sticks to the solid foundations of Italian cuisine with a 4 cheese (aka Cheesus Christ) generously topped, and a Margherita D.O.P that further confirms our love for "just the right amount." A special mention goes to the Brooklyn with its spicy pepperonis, all on a crazy good crust!

For the happiness of foodies, in addition to wood-fired pizzas, at Tripletta, you can also enjoy focaccias, "scaloppina alla milanese" (breaded veal cutlet), "porchetta" (rolled and herb-stuffed pork belly) and of course, several varieties of pasta in sauce. All accompanied by carefully selected wines and/or expertly crafted cocktails.
