The piadina, a marvel of Milanese street food
Imagine a flat, soft, and tender bread, unleavened, coming straight from the sweet Italian region of Emilia-Romagna. It's like the perfect base to hold delicious, equally Italian ingredients. At La Piadineria, we embrace tradition with piadinas offered in savory or sweet versions, always made with fresh products. With over 400 restaurants in Italy, this Milanese brand has decided to share its culinary delights with France. And Lyon is definitely on the list!

Recipes to Make Lyon Residents Salivate
For its seventh opening in France and its very first in Lyon, La Piadineria is landing on November 21 at Hall 3 of the Westfield La Part-Dieu shopping center. And you can bet this place won't skimp on taste. Among the stars of the menu: the Leggenda, a piadina that plays it classic yet timeless, featuring prosciutto, squacquerone (the creamy cheese that melts your heart), and arugula. For those who prefer something even more indulgent, the Pistacchiosa is a must-try with Stracciatella di Burrata, Bologna IGP mortadella, crunchy lettuce, and a divine salty pistachio sauce. We can confirm it’s becoming really hard not to drool…

And since La Piadineria is all about inclusion, vegetarians are not left out! After getting to know the wonders of Italian street food, the house has also planned a beautiful finish. In addition to sweet piadinas, you can treat yourself to the Café Gourmand, which includes two mini sweet piadinas and a hot drink, so you can carry the Italian getaway all the way to dessert.
