This year, Westfield La Part-Dieu is thinking big: as the center accelerates its ambitions in sustainable development, the idea of a big spring festival around the circular economy and sustainable consumption has emerged. In Lyon, from May 13 to 29, the Westfield La Part-Dieu shopping center invites you to an enriching experience with local associations and merchants who can raise awareness about ecological issues related to consumption. A positive initiative for all, and definitely fun: the variety of activities planned will delight shopping addicts looking for resourcefulness! Several workshops on upcycling and DIY will be available. You'll have to make a choice, or try them all, it's up to you: to encourage visitors to <.Promoting DIY and upcycling (creating new from old), Westfield La Part-Dieu offers several workshops by Good Mates, Pick & Gram or Atelier Custom. Making a bob or fanny pack, customizing shoes or bags, embroidery classes, creating hygiene and beauty products... These practices will soon have no secrets for you!

Your favorite stores are about to revolutionize your habits!

When it comes to sustainable fashion, Undiz and Rouge-Gorge will teach you how to customize swimsuits with beads and take your measurements, respectively.

And because beauty can also be eco-friendly, head to Nyx, Avril, The Body Shop or L'Occitane to learn about flash make-up with vegan recipes, do pop quizzes on the ingredients of your favorite products... Learning while being pampered, have you ever seen a more enticing program?

Adapting your lifestyle to ecological challenges

Finally, to adopt a more responsible and healthy lifestyle, trust Décathlon, Bien Élevées, The plant protection society or Ateliers de l’Audace to teach you about bicycle maintenance and repair, saffron salt production, or the art of giving new life to plants destined for the trash: in short, while having fun, you will acquire habits that are good for the environment and your wallet. A festival designed for adults, teenagers, and also children, because learning to consume has no age limit!
