A massive drone ballet at Parc de la Tête d’Or
Let’s kick things off with the big news for this 2025 edition: the drone ballets! “The Awakening of Lights” will light up the park's lake with a poetic choreography orchestrated by Allumee. A nine-minute spectacle that promises to dazzle (and fill your Instagram stories) with around 500 drones for an unprecedented celestial show in Lyon.
Deliciousness Takes Center Stage at Place des Terreaux
Lyon's gastronomy is about to take the spotlight. The studio Tigerlab has crafted a delightfully quirky creation where local specialties shine on the facades of the Palais Saint-Pierre. It's a tribute to Lyonese culinary delights, blending visual art with a cheeky nod to deliciousness that is sure to whet the appetite of many a viewer.

Hawkins Vibes on Sathonay Square
“Stranger Light” will immerse Sathonay Square in the enchanting and mysterious world of Stranger Things. With retro neon lights and glowing portals, visitors will be transported into a Lyonnaise version of the “Upside Down”. It's a pop, immersive show that's perfect for both fans of the cult series and the curious.

The Saint-Jean Cathedral Enchanted by “Lumina”
A play of shadows and lights by Laszlo Zsolt Bordos. The Hungarian artist will transform the cathedral into a living canvas, blending tradition and modernity. The doors will remain open to offer a total sensory experience, both inside and out.

Place Louis Pradel: where skate meets light
Urban culture will also take center stage at the celebration. HDV will pay vibrant tribute to Lyon's skate scene by blending riding, visual art, and light projections. It's a bold combo that will celebrate the freedom and energy of the city while offering a unique playground for skateboard enthusiasts.
