This legendary 14th-century establishment is reopening its doors in Lyon after 30 months of renovations!

Cut from history, this legendary spot—whose walls date back to the 14th century—has been completely renovated over two and a half years by the talented heritage architect Cécile Rémond. The challenge? To blend the nobility of Lyon's Renaissance with the five-star comfort of the 21st century, without losing the soul of the place. The result: beautifully restored French ceilings, Florentine courtyards, spiral staircases, and leaded windows, all crafted with care. Meanwhile, the furniture, materials, and lighting dance with modernity, always with a touch of elegance.

An astonishing result

But the true beating heart of Cour des Loges is its gastronomy. Chef Anthony Bonnet, who has been here since 2005, continues to delight with cuisine that is both rooted and refined. In the stunning inner courtyard topped with a 17-meter glass roof, his restaurant Les Loges creates a beautiful conversation between local products and bold creativity. More relaxed but equally generous, the Comptoir offers a sharing menu inspired by Lyon’s traditions. For special occasions, La Petite Loge welcomes you for more intimate or festive moments, always with that extra touch of soul.

With its 61 rooms and suites, a spa inspired by Roman baths, a Clefs d’Or conciergerie, and delicious dining options, Cour des Loges goes beyond just dreaming of tourists: it also aims to win back the locals.
