Inside, the atmosphere is warm and relaxed, as if you were invited to a friend's place who knows the secrets of good food and wine. With 40 seats, including a cozy mezzanine for groups of up to 25 people, Chez Raphaël offers a personalized service in a friendly setting that feels like home (but probably even better...).
Paradise for meat lovers, but not only
But let's get straight to the point: the true star of Chez Raphaël is definitely the meat. Here, they take carnivores seriously. Chef Rémi Loureiro creates 100% homemade dishes with good regional products and quality meats. On the menu: the house Sibilia pâté en croûte, a huge beef rib of over a kilo, or a maxi platter for the bon vivant (serving 3 meat lovers or 4 small birds as the restaurant says) with Charolais beef rib, veal loin, chef's burger, bone marrow, herb-roasted potatoes and Bleu de Bresse sauce. At Chez Raphaël, the golden rule is sharing, large tables and laughter among friends.
But that's not all. In addition to its meaty delights, Chez Raphaël offers individual meat-free dishes such as beetroot carpaccio with hazelnut oil, crushed pistachios, and fresh goat cheese; sea bass fillet with parsley crumble, mashed sweet potatoes, and garlic cream; or macaroni with Beaufort cheese cream, truffle white ham cubes, and a creamy burrata for even more foodie indulgence. Not to mention its wine list, rich in fine regional bottles, and a nice selection of local beers to accompany your feast. For desserts, we are in the realm of gourmet, sexy, and decadent!
