Last July, Chef Bernard Mariller, who has been at the helm of the Michelin-starred restaurant Le Gourmet de Sèze (Lyon 6th) for 34 years, announced his retirement. As this iconic spot is getting ready to reopen under new management and a fresh concept led by Anatole Cambet and Romain Maillot (already known for their brasserie Sauce Poulette), the restaurant will be opening its doors one last time for a special occasion: a sale of its dishware!
