Among the main strengths of the restaurant, we note its commitment to local products, with a limited but high-quality ecosystem of suppliers. Sustainability is also at the heart of the project, with collaborations with Les Alchimistes for food waste, with Élise for non-food waste, and Too Good To Go to fight against food waste.
