At the forefront of this bold enterprise is Mrs. LE, an iconic figure in Vietnamese cuisine in Lyon for over 20 years. After successfully founding Maison de l'Indochine and Indocafé, Mrs. LE decided to take on a new challenge by creating La Maman, in collaboration with friends of her son. Result: a unique concept that perfectly combines the authenticity of traditional Vietnamese recipes with the daring culinary flair typical of Lyon.
