The chef, a true master of Japanese cuisine, stands proudly behind the counter, ready to delight your taste buds. From your seat, you can observe every movement, every precise cut, and feel like a privileged guest watching the preparation of your meal (a privileged guest indeed, but a bit hungry I must admit, because the aromas are teasing your nostrils... But in the best way possible!)

Here, we wait - or digest - with a gold medal sake, and we come to devour, among other things: gyozas as soft as they are crispy, fresh sushi and maki rolls, melt-in-your-mouth sashimis because the salmon is simply excellent, but most importantly, yakitoris to die for. Indeed, these Japanese skewers are somewhat the specialty of the house, prepared (in front of you) with exceptional skill, revealing unique flavors with each bite. Absolutely delicious!

The value for money is definitely worth it, with menus priced at less than 25 euros per person. The cuisine is fine, high-quality, and homemade, Japanese food lovers come back for more.With great pleasure for the authenticity of the dishes and the place, the regulars are unanimous: the experience remains just as pleasant over the years.
