A Former Workshop Transformed into a Living Space
Behind its large glass facade, Le Grand Manège plays the card of a hybrid venue where you can just as easily pop in for a coffee as sit down for lunch or extend your evening with a drink. With 120 seats inside and a vast terrace seating 100 guests, the spot has plenty of space to welcome both neighborhood regulars and large groups.

The décor preserves the building's industrial spirit while creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere. The idea is clearly to create a place where you don't just come to eat, but where you can easily settle in for a few hours, whenever and however you please.

Homemade goodness on your plate
In the kitchen, Le Grand Manège champions a local, homemade, and responsible approach. On weekday lunches, a daily special lets you enjoy a meal without breaking the bank, while the menu evolves with available seasonal ingredients.

In the evening, the vibe picks up pace with little pizzas made from natural sourdough and various small sharing plates. A pretty practical formula for an aperitif that goes on and on or a dinner with friends where nobody really wants to choose between just one starter and one main course.
Local beers and craft cocktails
On the bar side, the spot also bets on local producers and regional expertise with local beers, wines from winemakers, and craft cocktails. Which makes Grand Manège just as interesting for grabbing a drink as for sitting down to eat.

Open seven days a week, from morning to evening, the Grand Manège aims to become the must-visit spot in Gratte-Ciel. Morning coffee, lunch, a break on the terrace or a drink after work: here, your plans can easily change as the day goes on. And that's probably the whole point of the carousel.
