Here, indulgence is crafted in an artisanal way. From entremets to tarts, passing through snacks and chocolates, Caroline manages everything with a masterful hand and creates edible works of art and ephemeral creations celebrating the beauty of each season. Because Caroline has one essential principle: quality above all. That's why she wants to limit her range of pastries in order not to sacrifice perfection on the altar of quantity. Each creation is carefully thought out, pampered, and nurtured in a brand-new laboratory where raw products are transformed into enchanted creations. That's also why, while snacks and chocolates are available daily on site, entremets and 6/8 portion tarts are only available for click and collect.

In addition to an innate talent for delighting us, the mistress of the place is driven by a philosophy focused on taste. For her, pastries should offer pleasure, comfort, and positive emotions with every bite. She doesn't sell cakes, she offers moments of happiness. On the menu: pear-chestnut charlotte, hazelnut-chocolate entremet, pistachio flower or chocolate-caramel tart, marshmallow bear, chocolate orange peel, and the house's specialty, the babka! This brioche from Poland, whose popularity has been growing in recent years, is offered in versions like flambéed banana-chocolate, chocolate-hazelnut, or special Christmas.
