ART, three friends and a shared passion for gastronomy
At 3 Rue Sala, in the 2nd arrondissement of Lyon, ART Restaurant cultivates a generous and modern vision of gastronomy. Opened in 2022, this restaurant in the Ainay neighborhood owes its name to the initials of its three founders: Alexandre, Ronan, and Thibaut. A complementary trio, also behind the opening of the restaurant Astral, who imagined refined, homemade cuisine inspired by the seasons, in an intimate setting where botanical design and soft lighting invite you to take your time.

The concept? Gastronomy meant for sharing, blending classic French cuisine with inspirations from around the world. The menu changes every two months, featuring beautiful cuts of meat, expertly prepared fish, and dishes crafted with meticulous attention to every detail.
Beef Wellington, the house star
If there's one dish you absolutely must try, it's this one: the Beef Wellington, ART's true signature. On the menu, a French beef fillet accompanied by Colonnata bacon, Robuchon-style mashed potatoes, homemade mustard and beef jus. The most indulgent diners can even opt for a Rossini version. It's easy to see why some customers come especially foon this masterpiece!

To discover several creations from the restaurant, the tasting menu at €85 unfolds six highlights, from the Prunier caviar tartlet to royal dorade ceviche, passing through turbot and the famous Wellington. A wine pairing is offered as an add-on for €60.

A gourmet lunch for €39 at midday
No need to wait for a special occasion to dine at ART. The €39 lunch menu, available Friday through Sunday, lets you discover the restaurant's spirit at a more affordable price. On the à la carte menu, dishes range from €16 to €40, so you can compose your meal just as you like it.

With its seasonal cuisine, its attentive team, and a rating of 4.8/5 on Google among 1,500 reviews, ART stands out as a wonderful spot for a dinner for two, a meal with friends, or a special occasion. The restaurant can also be reserved for private or corporate events. So, what are we waiting for to go there (or go back) ?
