Let's head to the 9th district, at 76 rue du Bourbonnais, Valmy metro stop, to discover Food'Lab, the very first Food'Court that hosts and nurtures food professionals to help them develop their meal delivery, take-out, or dine-in business. Launched in 2020 by 3 friends, the Lyon startup provides ready-to-use kitchens for its hosted restaurateurs, a wide range of services, and personalized support solutions for chefs, from the youngest to the most experienced.

Food'Lab is a true label of Street Food that offers a variety of specialties: fresh pasta from Fuzi,Dim's Home baths, Asian street food from Kinoko or Thai from O Pad Thai, 100% mountain burgers from Burger d'Ici, the pioneers of the true French Tacos from Tacos de Lyon, the delicious burgers from Prestige Burger. Finally, the famous cheese Naan bar from NBK Naanerie and the Point B style burgers will double the fun. To order, nothing could be simpler, just go to the market place of the Food Lab shop or go directly to the terminals set up at the entrance of Food Lab
Once the order is placed, the hungry customer just has to pick it up at the designated collection time on their ticket or in their confirmation email. Then, they have two options: enjoy their meal on the 50-seat terrace in a chill atmosphere with music and fairy lights or simply pick up their order and take it with them. For those feeling lazy, all restaurants are also available for home delivery through Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat.
