Today, the small company from yesterday now has 3 points of sale in Lyon: at 32 rue de Brest on the Presqu'île (Lyon 2nd), within the Westfield La Part-Dieu shopping center (Lyon 3rd), and also at 164 avenue des Frères Lumière in the Monplaisir district (Lyon 8th) for a few weeks now.
A success story that was well executed (and well deserved), thanks to the limitless creativity of the two founders, Guillaume and Romain, who have created over 50 recipes ranging from the most original like matcha raspberry, to classic ones like chocolate or salted caramel, and must-haves like pistachio or passion fruit. Every week, the bakery offers 9 sweet and 3 savory recipes in the store, carefully selected based on seasonal ingredients, always chosen with great care.
But that's not all because the Éclaireurs Pâtissiers don't just delight sugar lovers. The savory éclairs are also on the menu and are just as tempting, especially with distinctly Lyonnais recipes like the Lyon Sausage or pink praline éclairs but also with dill salmon, tomato mozzarella, bacon & walnut, and even chorizo. To offer a variety of delights and satisfy an even wider audience, Les Éclaireurs also offer a high-end seasonal pastry collection (tartlets, mille-feuille, rocks, pavlova, etc.) exclusively at the Monplaisir store.
