Created in the 50s by the brilliant André Sanlaville, a magician from Lyon, the World Festival of Magic has been performing for several decades, quickly surpassing the borders of France as it has been presented from Africa to the Middle East, from Europe to North America, from Japan to the Philippines and even in Malaysia.

Original artists with astonishing performances have made the Festival the world's reference in magic. In 1987, André Sanlaville retired and closed this fabulous adventure. But in 2023, another visionary production decided to bring back this prestigious festival to gather the best award-winning contemporary magicians and once again share with the audience the passion for illusion, supernatural, and the wonder of magic!
