A week dedicated to more sustainable and responsible consumption

For an entire week, the Westfield La Part-Dieu shopping center is going green with the second edition of the Westfield Good Festival. Imagine a place where every corner invites you to reinvent your daily life while respecting our beautiful planet. More daring than ever, the festival is back from April 13 to 20 on the central square of the most frequented shopping center in the region. The program includes sewing workshops, creating homemade household products, planting herbs, ethical fashion shows, honey tasting sessions from the rooftop... It's a true highlight of sustainability that awaits you.

A parade of top brands with an ethical twist

Among the main activities to note in your calendar, the festival will kick off with a bang with a grand inclusive and responsible fashion show, orchestrated on Saturday, April 13 at 4pm (on Level 0) in partnership with WE.SLOW. Here, traditional models are replaced with a diverse mix of real people, showcasing outfits that blend style and sustainability.

Going beyond style, the Westfield La Part-Dieu center is actively and daily committed to the planet, among their many actions: 7,000m² of greenery dotted with 80 trees, urban honey production was installed on the center's roofs, and even a partnership with Les Alchimistes to transform waste into compost. These initiatives make the center a key player in responsible consumption.

Workshops and activities to learn while having fun

Get ready for a program of workshops and activities as enriching as they are entertaining. Whether you're a fashion fan, passionate about the environment, or a beauty guru, there's something for you! Fashion with upcycling and sewing workshops or an exhibition of eco-designed sneakers; environment with tastings of honey grown on the center's roof, herb cultivation, and a dive into the fascinating world of composting; and much more.Beauty with DIY workshops for natural cosmetics or making bath bombs with LUSH; and even Home with bike repairs with Decathlon or creating eco-friendly tawashi sponges from upcycled t-shirts.

So, the Wesfield La Part-Dieu center is going to be transformed into a true temple of ethical, sustainable, and eco-responsible fashion.
