With the Gamay Days, Lyon offers a festival dedicated to the star grape variety in a festive and ultra-contemporary format. On May 23 and 24, 2026, the Confluence district will transform into a true playground for food lovers, between HEAT and H7. The idea is simple yet delightfully effective: to put gamay back at the center of attention in an accessible, friendly, and decidedly urban atmosphere. Here, there’s no stiff tasting; instead, it’s an event designed for everyone, from curious beginners to seasoned enthusiasts.

The heart of the event is this gigantic wine bar where over 100 cuvées will be waiting to be discovered. Over more than 40 meters, around fifty winemakers from Beaujolais, Lyon, Auvergne, and Savoie will share their creations for tasting.
