Since 2013, Le Sucre has become one of the most respected clubs in France, and even Europe! Perched high up on the stylish raw rooftop of La Sucrière at Confluence, it has hosted the best DJs from the electro scene, all while nurturing a Lyonnais DNA: demanding yet warm, sharp yet accessible. Thirteen years later, the team is shifting into high gear with the creation of a homegrown festival, square.
Six days of celebration and artistic freedom
More than just a festival, square aims to be a hybrid space, a trigger for energy and sharing. For six days, the iconic structure of Le Sucre will transform into a vibrant hive where disciplines intertwine: music, of course, but also encounters, discussions, sensory experiences, and creativity. A total celebration, in the spirit of events that leave a mark and awaken the body in the heart of winter.
