The must-attend event for ink lovers is back this year with the 26th edition of the Lyon Tattoo Convention. Get ready to dive into the vibrant and colorful world of tattoos on February 10th and 11th at the Double-Mixte in Villeurbanne.

Since its humble beginnings on a houseboat in 1996, Lyon Tattoo Convention has grown from a gathering of enthusiasts to a major European event in the world of tattooing. Last year, over 10,000 visitors flocked to the Double-Mixte for two days, surpassing the expectations of the organizers. This year, the convention is back with a lineup of guests more refined than ever to meet the expectations of the ever-growing number of visitors.lyon tattoo convention

200 tattoo artists from around the world and a packed program

This 26th edition promises to be exceptional with 200 tattoo artists and around 15,000 visitors from around the world expected on February 10th and 11th. The Double-Mixte will be transformed into a true temple of body art, where needles will dance to the rhythm of the stories that each tattoo tells.

The 2024 edition promises exciting moments with tattoo contests, unforgettable shows, and constant animations. Big names will be attending such as Léo Favarink, who was already present in 2023 and is the artist behind this year's official poster, Max Ghostar, Illia Tereshchenko, Michael Murolo, and Riccardo D'Andrea. To spice up the event, Victor H Peralta, officially "the most transformed man in the world" according to the Guinness Book of Records, will also be present. A hypnotic and sultry show by Lilo Weaver, a fire performer artist, is also announced.

In addition to the artistic performances, stomachs will not be forgotten. Food trucks will be scattered throughout the Double Mixte space, including L'Atelier Raclete, Les Culotés, l'Original, and Rockburger ready to satisfy all taste buds, offering a variety of menus adapted to the season. Lyon Tattoo Convention promises an explosive 2024 edition, where art, boldness, and creativity come together in a vibrant celebration of individuality.
