Established at the Halles de la Martinière for 5 years, the creperie Madamann brings joy to true fans of authentic Breton pancakes and other genuine products such as Guémené andouille. And with Candlemas approaching, Madamann has had the great idea of bringing back its famous Lyon Crepes Festival for a 6th edition, sure to be filled with delicious treats.

On February 3rd and 4th, the place to be is at the Confluence Heat food court! The goal of the festival: combining the authenticity of Breton crepes from Madamann with international street food by inviting artisans and restaurateurs to collaborate in the containers present for unique experiences. And since Brittany is a region rich in flavors and delights, other local specialties will also be highlighted during this weekend that might make you gain 3 kilos.

On the agenda: a collaboration with chef Grégory Cuilleron around a "Lyon - Rennes" galette recipe, a collaboration with Noé Ateliers de la Mer, two counters dedicated to buckwheat galettes, Kouign Amann from Maison Larnicol (Best Craftsman of France), crepes with Valrhona chocolate, authentic Breton Galettes (traditional Sausage Galette and Guéméné Andouille Galette), a large cider tasting. And to top it all off, Breton butter cookies will be available throughout the event.
