Attention, all you food lovers eagerly awaiting Candlemas! On February 1st and 2nd, the Lyon Crêpes Festival is back for its 7th edition, promising a truly delicious experience. On the menu: all the best of Brittany's crêpes and galettes, with a unique twist from around the world. For this special occasion, five themed counters will be there for an enormous "Crêpe Party"!

Lyon is about to become the paradise of crepes

Breton galettes, 100% Valrhona chocolate sweet crepes, street food inspired by the seaside, and even international recipes with a twist—there will be something for everyone! A special mention goes to the Kouign-Amann from Maison Larnicol, a true treasure of Breton heritage, as well as gluten-free and vegan galettes for an inclusive culinary celebration. Lyon's chefs and special guests will not be left out: among others, we’ll see Sun Ruijun from La Table Wei and members of the TRESS collective, who will bring local creativity and boldness to the plates.

As for the vibe, the festival won’t just satisfy your taste buds. On the agenda for entertainment: lively Breton dances, a Breton palets tournament for the more competitive spirits, a cooking contest...Cuisine around the crêpe organized by the TRESS collective, along with workshops for the little ones, all accompanied by Celtic tales and live concerts for a complete immersion. Cider lovers can also enjoy themselves with the planned tastings, and fans of blind tests and quizzes might walk away with some well-deserved prizes.

With this 7th edition, the Lyon Crêpes Festival promises to be the must-attend event for Candlemas... and for the most indulgent Lyon locals!
