An exciting event that transforms the Halles Paul Bocuse into a gastronomic playground for a delightful morning. On Saturday, April 25th, from 10 AM to 2 PM, Praline et Rosette, a food tour specialist since 2017, is launching the very first edition of the Spring Gourmet Festival at the Halles. The idea? Rediscover this iconic spot of Lyon’s gastronomy in a whole new way, wandering from stand to stand in a relaxed, almost festive atmosphere. It’s designed as a culinary stroll where each bite tells a piece of Lyon's story.
The festival offers a tasting menu a la carte to please every palate, from the curious to the seasoned foodie. Two routes are available, each allowing you to create your own gourmet itinerary. The discovery option invites you to savor six tastings, while the signature version takes the experience up a notch with ten carefully selected bites. And for the savvy ones, special prices await!
Early birds get to enjoy even sweeter prices. It’s a great way to treat yourself without feeling (too) guilty.See this post on Instagram
