This weekend, get ready for an avalanche of deliciousness at HEAT, the festive food court in Confluence, which transforms into a mountain chalet for a getaway all about cheese. Initiated by the La Clusaz resort and in collaboration with Radio Meuh, this cheese event promises a mix of flavors, fun, and music in a warm and comforting atmosphere, just like this spot knows how to do so well.
Starting Saturday, the atmosphere is set to be particularly melting with cheese specialties worthy of the finest alpine refuges. Imagine enjoying a Brillat-Savarin fondue from L’Amour de Nuit, or a creamy Mont d’Or brought by Les Toqués du Fromage. Add to that the artisanal delights from La Laiterie de Lyon, and you have a feast that will warm both the heart and the stomach.

At La Laiterie de Lyon (with workshops at 4:30 PM and 5 PM), try your luck at the "frombola" or discover some unique activities offered by La Clusaz. The most daring can even leave with a cheese-themed tattoo thanks to the artist Bambi Bakbi, who will be there all weekend to etch your passion… into your skin. All this is set to the fiery beats of DJ sets orchestrated by Radio Meuh, A.Pringle, and Loulou Ferrari.
Sunday is all about a cult moment: the Raclette Party. With reservations, you can enjoy a generous plate filled with delicious meats from Maison Baraban, melting potatoes, and half a wheel of cheese from the Schmidhauser dairy straight from the mountains for just €25 per person. It’s the perfect break to extend the experience in a friendly atmosphere, accompanied by fun activities and a live radio show.
