The 3 founders at the base of this project each have their special relationship with Japan, whether it be through a love for Ghibli films, martial arts, pop culture or of course: the cuisine.
First sake bar in Lyon
And so Kodama Bar was born! A cocktail menu that resembles an introduction to Japanese and Korean spirits. Of course, if you want to enjoy a good sake, you're in the right place. But it's also an opportunity to try less famous alcohols in France, like soju. This alcohol is actually considered to be "the most consumed in the world", whether in a cocktail, mixed with a blonde beer or simply enjoyed as is.
