If the sun is not shining, La Belle Liégeoise warms hearts by bringing the delicious flavors of Belgium to Lyon. Leading the project are two passionate brothers, eager to continue and share the recipes of their childhood. It's like turning their "gaufre de Proust" into a concept that delights everyone's taste buds… So, La Belle Liégeoise has opened its doors on Victor Hugo street since December 5th, 2022, offering a wide selection of waffles to go. A treat for all the foodies who, like me, dream of living in a kind of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" where everything is edible (and sweet). For the sake of our collective blood sugar levels, and for some technical reasons, that won't happen anytime soon. However, having a waffle bar full of delights nearby is already pretty great. Really great !
