The Lyfe Institute (former Paul Bocuse Institute), famous for its top-notch culinary and hospitality training, is taking things up a notch with the Rose Garden. Nestled in the heart of the Château de la Roseraie in Ecully, this mixology lab open to the public is a natural extension of the school's teaching style, giving students a cool place to experiment and treating customers to an amazing dining experience. Cocktails, tea time, and pastries Led by the talented Head Barman Trainer Alain Dauvergne, the French Cocktail Champion of 2023, the Rose Garden serves up a menu of bold and sophisticated cocktails crafted by the institute's students. Each drink is a journey in a glass, blending flavors and textures to delight even the most refined palates. From exciting twists on classics to original creations, including alcohol-free cocktails and tea concoctions, there's something here for every taste bud craving a flavor adventure.
