A Time Travel with a Modern Twist
Trying it is adopting it! As old-school as the saying goes, the decoration at Florian takes us on a journey back to the grand and brilliant hours of the Belle Époque, where stained glass windows mingled with red velvet armchairs and period paintings in a dimly lit atmosphere between enchanting jazz and hip-hop. We don't know about you, but this decor halfway between a speakeasy and Venetian Renaissance is really everything we love (and it's also why we love watching old gangster movies on repeat...).

After taking in the view, two choices await us: sit on the beautiful summer terrace in the shade of the linden tree (open from 3pm to 1am) or inside, surrounded by works of art. Once seated, a server with a tailor-made look brings us the ultimate treasure: the cocktail menu, with spirits, wines, and beers complemented by a selection of tasty platters. As the establishment prides itself on its expertise in cocktails, the selection is vast. With each drink having a more intriguing name than the last, the beverages tempt us to stay longer than planned to fully appreciate the creativity on offer.
Order placed, it's time for the bartenders to put on a show. Shaker in hand, they master the art of mixing with perfect technique. Living proof that serving a drink is akin to art. And when the quality is as beautiful as the design, we can only tip our hat (or melon, of course).
