"Cheese, it's life". We're not sure who said this, maybe it's even made up. But this phrase could be the motto of your life. For you, cheese is the 8th wonder of the world, a perfect combination of creaminess, power, and the infinite richness of French soil. In short, you love cheese and so do we, which is why we're going to talk a little more about it...

Feeling a bit philosophical: if we're talking so much about cheese today, it's because we've found a new address that will literally make you melt (pun intended) with pleasure. The cheese shop Mons at the Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse offers its lovely customers to take a seat at one of the high chairs at its Cheese Bar. And since the address has partnered with MonS, a cheese refining house led by Hervé Mons, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, the menu will make your taste buds flutter.

It's the raclette of your dreams!

And speaking of the menu, let's talk about what's on offer. You'll find the essential raclette, fondue, and Vacherin Mont d'Or accompanied by tasting boards filled with cheese and charcuterie combos. For the classic raclette, there are two options: with porcini mushrooms or morel mushrooms, and of course served with charcuterie and delectable potatoes.

But what's a mountain dish (especially cheese-based) without a good bottle of wine? I ask you... At Cheese Bar, we think of everything, so a lovely little cellar of independent winemakers is also on the menu. Just to add the finishing touch to your satisfied taste buds. How can you resist?
