Open in an old school in Croix-Rousse from early 2023, Pilo already delights the whole neighborhood. And this is just the beginning since the address now reveals a beautiful locavore brunch every Saturday and Sunday to satisfy the hungriest. All in a totally unusual and timeless place.

It's a new UFO that has just opened its doors in Lyon, specifically in Croix-Rousse in the former Truffaut college, built at the end of the 19th century. With a concept of an hostel (with 45 rooms), a locavore bistro (160 seats in the former gymnasium with a terrace in the old playground), and a festive venue spread over 5,500 m², Pilo is set to quickly become one of the trendiest spots in the neighborhood and in the city. And to ensure a delicious weekend treat, the address also reveals a super tasty locavore brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 3pm!Pilo Lyon

We have 3 options to choose from: The EARLY BIRD for 20€ with a choice of eggs (benedict, florentine, or royal) or tiramisu pancakes, served with homemade granola, a hot drink, and a glass of juice; the SUNDAY ROAST (vegetarian option available) for 25€ including the weekend's starter and main course (such as red wine-braised beef chuck or Turkish eggs with roasted vegetables), a slice of cake of the day, and a hot drink; the KOOL KID MENU for 15€ with a choice of dish (chicken cordon bleu, ham and roasted vegetables, fish nuggets with homemade fries and ketchup, or vegetable rosti with fried egg). A croziflette party as a remedy for Blue Monday

And since Monday, January 16th will be synonymous with Blue Monday, aka the most depressing day of the year, Pilo is pulling out all the stops to lift our spirits with the "Bluesiflette party: the anti blues croziflette" event that should fill your belly and give you a real good reason to love life and turn this horrible day into a comfort feast. A belly-filling feast offered for only 15€, both for lunch and dinner (we recommend booking by email at hello@pilolyon.com).

Note that Pilo also offers coworking with a formula for 10€ per day including a cookie, filter coffee, and filtered water at will. A meeting room can also be privatized for half a day or a full day, as well as the mezzanine for private events for up to 60 people. The common spaces host various festivities such as stand-up, DJ sets, mini concerts, and creative workshops. Yes, all of that really gets our mouths watering!
