Gueuleton continues to honor its success. The highly renowned chain for its grilled meats has given birth to the Comptoir Gueuleton, opened this Friday, January 20th at the Halles Paul Bocuse in Lyon. However, the new addition will not offer its famous traditional menu... At the Comptoir Gueuleton, it's all about enjoying an apéro with friends around noon! No grilled meats... But don't say "alas" too quickly!

The Comptoir Gueuleton may not offer divine grilled meats, but it does offer divine platters to share for all appetites. You can also enjoy quality wine, local beer, terrines, pâtés en croûte, eggs mayo... Perfect for hanging out with friends, grabbing a drink, and eating well. The menu is crafted by none other than the chef himself!

Guess what? The counter officially opened on January 20th, and for a good reason, we're sure you can guess why. (Well, we think you can guess why.) Indeed, the inauguration took place during Sirha: the International Exhibition of the Hotel and Restaurant Industry. A perfect opportunity to celebrate a perfect event! The counter will only be open for lunch, from Tuesday to Sunday. It's time to take a little stroll to the Halles, if you ask me.
