The Mad Vintage group is a true reference in the landscape of old-school ready-to-wear. Created 10 years ago by Eugénie and her husband, the group had 30 stores in France. But that was before Covid and its devastating side effects for retailers emerged. Now, the brand still has 7 stores in Bordeaux, Grenoble, Dijon, Rouen, Caen, Brest... And Lille, of course! The company's headquarters and its 6000 m2 factory are located in Rouen.

Vintage: The Trend of the Moment!
The store located at 54 Rue de Béthune, a highly sought-after location, opened 4 years ago. A cult reference for those who love thrift shopping, it offers a wide catalog of pieces to dress up (or shall I say ENHANCE) mixed silhouettes. Clothing, accessories, glasses, shoes, leather goods, scarves, belts, ties ... You can find everything you need to refresh your wardrobe without breaking the bank. But not just anything! Mad Vintage's success is all thanks to its teams who work tirelessly to find THE gems that everyone is after.

The boutique's codes with thrift store prices
It's important to know that beforehand, the teams buy a large quantity of clothes from wholesalers before they are hand-sorted in the factory. All are dry cleaned before being sold. Often associated with thrift stores, the boutiques still follow the codes with tagged products, tailored that smell of laundry detergent.
From Lacoste sweaters, high-waisted Levi's jeans, to old-school Adidas jackets or lumberjack-style plaid shirts ... The major trends are in the spotlight. Eugénie, the founder, explains: "Vintage is not about dressing up, it's an ethical, reasoned, and ecological consumption that can still meet fashion trends".
The clientele is aAs eclectic as the pieces in store. From 12 to 77 years old, despite a younger and more urban target audience. From the fashionista, to budget-conscious individuals looking for affordable branded sweatshirts, not to mention students renewing their wardrobes... Mad Vintage is a must for everyone. Its industrial setting and decoration are stunning. The quality playlist adds a nice touch. And the extremely reasonable prices that punctuate the tags have enough to outshine the competition. Expect €5 for a scarf, €40 for a 1960s perfecto jacket, and up to €90 for an iconic bomber jacket.
