1 - The Citadel and Vauban Garden: the most classic

It was obvious that this top would start with a stroll to the Citadel. Located right in the center of Lille, easy to access by public transport, on foot, or by car, the Citadel benefits from an incredible space. Whether it's a simple walk or a picnic, here is a bit of a canine paradise because they can run everywhere (and even jump in the water)!

2 - The Heron Park: the chillest

A park around a magnificent lake classified as a nature reserve? We say yes! Here, it's over 100 hectares of greenery (plenty of space to play with your dog). A little tip? Bring your group of friends and spend the day there: you will also likely have the opportunity to observe some uncommon birds...

Ah, the regional natural park Scarpe-Escaut: the biggest one! This site is absolutely gigantic, it's the first regional natural park in France! Here, you'll find several trails, multiple forests, recreational activities in some areas, and most importantly, important elements of the French heritage. It covers about 48,000 hectares and includes the cities of Lille, Douai, and Valenciennes. You have plenty to explore here, that's for sure!

4 - Roncq Caniparc: the safest

This is a fairly large dog space located in Bois Leurent. A total of 7200 m2 is dedicated to canine socialization. Here, you can let your dog run without fear as everything is fenced and secure so that owners can also enjoy without stress!

5 - Dondaines Park: the calmest

Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, in Dondaines Park, the motto is calm and tranquility. Like a countryside corner at the entrance of Lille, it is a family-friendly and relaxing spot with many activities and facilities. Also a favorite for the educational farm Marcel Dhénin, which allows the little ones to become familiar with farm animals!

And as a bonus, Le Bonbon Lille has a great deal for you! What could be better for your dog's afternoons than a walking pack to be perfectly equipped? An adjustable leash with ultra-comfort handle, a travel belt for Médor's safety in the car, and most importantly, the essential accessory: a bag dispenser for everyone's well-being! And all of this for... around 25 euros. You can find this pack on Amazon!Just take a look at this adorable photo! Isn't it cute?
