4. Fretin: mission dragonflies and peaceful roads
Fretin is the perfect spot to unwind, especially the Bonnance marshes. We start at the dead end of Marx Dormoy and cruise along the country roads in search of dragonflies (the lovely winged damselflies). It’s a stress-free journey where you can stop, take a look, and set off again whenever you want. It's all about that slow life on a bike, pure and simple.

Starting off in front of the Saint-Nicolas church in Sainghin, off you go to meet butterflies, bees, and wildflowers. It's the perfect way to reconnect with the tranquility of the countryside and observe the biodiversity with every pedal stroke.
