Among the top 100, only Lille represents the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region with a sad 96th place. Tough blow for our region... ### The least stressful cities The "Ville et Villages" association based its rankings on 187 criteria divided into 9 categories: quality of life, safety, commerce, transportation, health, education, solidarity, real estate attractiveness, sports, and recreation. Nationally, the city of Angers (Maine-et-Loire) was named the most pleasant city to live in in France, while Guétary (Pyrénées-Atlantiques) received the same distinction for villages in France.
