Who said we can't combine "rich" with refinement? Tigermilk has done it with their fabulous truffle quesadillas! Designed as a "celebration creation," the truffle quesadilla is available on a limited edition menu only during the winter. As for the recipe, it features a truffle quesadilla made with mozzarella, aged cheddar, creamy jalapeño sauce, and exquisite black truffle (€19). And for those who aren’t fans of truffles, cheesy quesadillas are also on the menu!
