It's no wonder that Lille and the Hauts-de-France region are labeled European Region of Gastronomy in 2023! This Monday, the cream of the crop of the culinary world gathered in Strasbourg for the Michelin Guide 2023 ceremony. And yes, Lille and its region were particularly pampered by this year's selection. Here are the 3 new Lille addresses that can boast of entering the very exclusive circle of Michelin-starred restaurants: - Le Rozo in Marcq-en-Baroeul reclaims its star! Moving from Vieux-Lille to Marcq, Diego Delbecq unfortunately had to lose his star... but he regained it a year later! Not a big surprise, of course.
      • Pureté is the address of the former Rozo, now taken over by Chef Gérald Guille! He brings back the star to his high gourmet restaurant in Old Lille.
    • Arborescence in Croix open for not even a year (that's promising!)
.

Now you know where to direct your future bookings for an exceptional time in Lille!
