They met in the kitchens of Pré Catelan, honed their skills at Jules Verne, and today, they find themselves at the terminus on Place Louise de Bettignies. Right from the entrance, the tone is set: an elegant and minimalist decor, where the counter reveals its sweet treasures without going overboard. Here, no cakes in the display to entice passersby. Everything happens inside, in a chic and cozy atmosphere where people come not only to indulge but also to chat.

Neja doesn’t believe in quantity over quality. Here, there’s no room for approximation: every pastry is measured to the millimeter, each ingredient chosen with exceptional precision (and a hint of indulgence). You’ll find the classics, elevated with a modern twist: a nostalgic vanilla flan, a pistachio brioche, and more delights!
```their ultra-soft orange flower, or a perfectly balanced hazelnut-lemon cabbage.The signature dessert ? The Louise de Bettignies, a chocolate creation that pays homage to the location by mimicking the outlines of the windows from the old pharmacy that housed the shop. A tribute that will delight the most indulgent and proud among you.
As for prices, expect to pay between 8 and 9€ for pastries, 3.50€ for a slice of brioche and 14€ for a whole one. To accompany all that, the place offers a selection of coffees, matcha teas, and even some exceptional alcoholic beverages.
A smooth launch, and already a success
Since opening at the end of January, Neja has already been the talk of the town! The team has decided to take it slow by offering a focused menu, with plans to expand their offerings with new creations and eventually, a Sunday brunch.
By the way, the absence of pastries in the display is intriguing: "We want people to come in, engage with us, and discover our creations in a way that's not just looking at them through a glass", explains Germain. A bold move, but judging by the line outside, it seems like the plan is working!
