A star, that's something to savor. Two? We're overflowing.

If you’ve ever had the chance to dine at Rozo (or if you often scroll through their Insta feed while drooling a little), you know that this second star is well-deserved. It’s the result of meticulous work, and a kitchen that's as creative as it is delightful!elegant, and a partnership that hasn't let go since the very beginning.
A little flashback: first star in 2019 when the restaurant was still in Lille on Rue de la Monnaie, a starless pause during the move to Marcq-en-Barœul, and boom, the award returns in 2023. Two years later? The Grail.

A March that leaves a mark for life

On stage, Diego Delbecq thanked his guide, his team, and especially Camille, his partner in cooking and in life. He took the opportunity to share an adorable tidbit: their little boy was born just two weeks ago. March is certainly checking off way too many boxes in the "unforgettable moments" category.

In the same breath, here's another great piece of news for the Lille food scene: the restaurant Ginko, which opened in September 2023 on Rue de l’Hôpital Militaire in Lille, has just earned its very first Michelin star. In the kitchen, Valentina Giacobbe, who has worked at places like… Rozo, in fact. What a lovely nod!

And that’s not all: the chef is also receiving the Michelin Young Chef Award 2025. A well-deserved double recognition for a bold and sensitive cuisine that has made a splash in just a few months.
