Located in Place Louise de Bettignies for barely a year, Neja has made its mark as the ultimate sweet spot. Behind this tasty haven are Iris Rouche, Germain Decreton, and Rayane Rebouh, three passionate individuals who have transformed their shop into a paradise for delicate palates.
Already recognized by La Liste, this Lille bakery continues to soar and has just added a significant award to its showcase.

The « Louise de Bettignies » crowned Revelation at the Trophées Fou de Pâtisserie
On Monday, December 8th, at the Théâtre de la Madeleine, the Trophées Fou de Pâtisserie 2025 gathered the best of the sweet world: top chefs, MOFs, journalists, and renowned pastry chefs… A robust jury (Mercotte, Christophe Adam, Amaury Bouhours, Arnaud Faye, etc.) evaluated 48 creations through blind tasting. And in this exciting edition, it was Neja who took home the title of Revelation of the Year with her signature dessert: the Louise de Bettignies.

A tribute dessert to Lille… and chocolate
The Louise de Bettignies is Neja's signature dish:
crispy chocolate,
gluten-free soft biscuit,
cocoa nib praline,
light cocoa mousse…
A dessert that tells the story of Lille, its inspiring facades, architectural details, and especially the love for chocolate crafted in every form, from the pod to the beans. Competing against three other finalists from Lyon, Montpellier, and Vincennes, it was the Lille-based spot that won everyone over in the end.
