What’s on the bar menu? A selection of signature cocktails with names as bold as their flavors: Isadora (rum, mezcal, sesame, mango), Eva (gin, elderflower, cucumber), and Solomiya for the tequila lovers who enjoy a twist.
And for the purists: a menu of v...super-sharp vodkas, from Beluga Noble to Ukrainian Nemiroff, including rare editions like Guillotine Caviar.

At the helm of Eva, well-known names
Behind the project of Eva: Benjamin Moréel and Christopher Préchez, already behind Lefty, the POD, and the Parisian Bouillons. They're joined by Lénaïs Da Costa (former director of Parisian restaurants) and Etienne Sorlot (former Petit Bouillon Alcide) to make Eva a hybrid, festive, and refined place, connecting gastronomy and nightlife.
