If you enjoyed the mojito nights on Gand Street back in the 2010s, this address will definitely ring a bell. The former So Mojito – which later became Giuleta Bar – has transformed into a whole new place that's all about amazing mixology. It’s a real treat for cocktail lovers!o;it's called VESPERO, which means “evening” in Esperanto. And it wears its name quite well.
As soon as you push open the door of number 11, the atmosphere takes shape: a cozy cocktail bar that strikes a perfect balance between curiosity cabinet and vintage library, featuring curated lighting, soft light, and a slightly intimate charm that makes you want to linger.
Cocktails just the way you love them (even without alcohol)
Behind the counter, they're shaking, twisting, and playing with flavors. You’ll find a wide selection of truly unique spirits. Their menu is sure to delight drink enthusiasts: original creations like this thyme cocktail that brings the scent of Provence, or the espresso martini in the style of tiramisu: a real dessert to spoon. It's a gem.
But the real surprise is that a big part of the menu is available in a non-alcoholic version. And we're not talking about disguised juices: you can enjoy a spritz, a negroni, or even a gin… without the next day's hangover. Special mention goes to their non-alcoholic limoncello, super refreshing.

And just like a good cocktail tastes even better with a nicely filled plate, VESPERO sources its goodies from Carlier Vogliazzo, a go-to for Italian street food: truffled burrata, melting prosciutto, and gooey gorgonzola… Let’s be honest, it’s a sure bet for delighting your crew during happy hour.
