Each one comes in 4 or 6 portions (except for 1 exception only available in 6 portions), but be sure to reserve them very quickly and know that they will only be available from December 15th to 25th! You can have them delivered to you or come pick them up in the store. Here are the different recipes: **The Black Star**: Soft cocoa biscuit, creamy 72% pure origin Venezuela chocolate, flavored with Iranian black lemon, chocolate sabayon, crispy cocoa shortbread, candied lemon, cocoa nibs, and fleur de sel. English cream coulis. Unique.

The Exquisite: Moist almond biscuit, creamy passion fruit, mango-passion confit, Madagascar vanilla bavarois, pineapple, passion fruit and lime compote, crispy almond and cashew praline, with a coulis of custard.
