Deliveroo just sent us a lovely letter in which it ranks the most ordered dishes during this year. A global top 100 but also a top 30 in France. Among them, a burger from Lille. And we understand why.

Recently, the people of Lille voted to elect their favorite burger in the metropolis. Auguste & Ferdinand won the title and replaced Père & Fish, who was elected in 2021. Surprisingly, neither of these two burgers are the most ordered on Deliveroo nationwide. Among the 30 most ordered dishes on Deliveroo, only one is from Lille. It is the Classic Comptoir burger from the delicious Comptoir Volant. Their signature burger, in fact. The recipe is mouthwatering and it's true that even we have succumbed to ordering it more than once. Ground beef from Comptoir, aged UK Cheddar, fried onions, cucumber pickles, secret comptoir sauce, iceberg lettuce. A classic that proves itself! So, are you ready to indulge?
